The draft law on the system of health care information was submitted for public consultation. According to earlier announcements MZ it is part of a package of bills of health, that after the holidays is to be submitted to the Sejm.
The project envisages the creation of a web platform, which will be made available services and resources of digital medical records. This will enable the communication of medical information system (SIM) from medical records, update of data.
SIM introduces medical records in electronic form, provides for the creation of electronic data module, as well as electronic settlement service providers, and payers.
The Act provides for the creation Electronic Platform for Collection, Analysis and sharing of Digital Resources on Medical Events. Thanks to it you will have access to information about completed and planned health services and the exchange of data contained in the electronic documentation for the purpose of diagnosis, issue e-prescriptions and e-referrals.
You will also be arranging patient appointments online, monitor the status on the waiting list and electronic reminders within the visit. This is to avoid situations, when patients enroll in several visits to different doctors of the same specialty, and thereby block the free space.
Through SIM detection of pathologies involving such. prescriptions for the implementation of deceased persons, falsifying prescriptions, falsification of accounts, will be possible already at the stage of a prescription.
